Phase One is where we get to know you and your project. You’ll reach out, we’ll meet in person, and we’ll talk through your vision, goals, and scope. From there, we put together a tailored design proposal and finalize the design contract. Once the retainer is in place, we’re ready to move forward.

Phase Two is where the details really start coming together. We take precise measurements, host a Trade Day, and begin sourcing materials. Then we create your floor plans and elevations, walk you through the design presentation, and make any needed revisions before finalizing the construction contract and calendaring deposit.

Phase Three is when your project starts taking shape. We handle ordering, track lead times, review the budget, and make sure everything stays on track. Then construction begins, and we keep a close eye on progress through the installation period so you always know where things stand.

Phase Four is the finishing touch. We install furniture sourced through Hutch Home Co., style your space, and walk through the project with you to catch and address any remaining deficiencies. Once everything is wrapped up, we hand over your client binder and leave you with a beautifully finished home.
